工作职责：

1.Support and promote the school’s philosophy, mission, and goals.
2.Provide each student with day-to-day instructional excellence.
3. Work cooperatively within a collaborative team and with administrators in curriculum design, assessment, and implementation as it pertains to the grade-level programs
4.Work cooperatively with parents to create strong partnerships and meet the needs of students
5.Collect authentic data, observe and record age-appropriate student assessments, and utilize assessment results in a prescriptive, constructive manner to promote student learning
6. Utilize formative assessment data to deliver appropriate instruction to each student
7.Attend school organized events & activities
8. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal and the administration

任职资格：

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably education-related degree and relevant teaching qualifications and certifications
2. Minimum 2 years teaching experience
3. Experience in IB PYP Programme, American Common Core preferred
4. Demonstrate knowledge and experience in supporting students’ academic, social and emotional growth inside and outside the classroom
5.Understand and demonstrate how to work collaboratively within a team structure and how to impact the success of the team as an individual member
6.Able to skillfully use an inquiry-based approach, such as Project-Based Learning, or other approaches to integrated teaching across curriculum areas
